Refund policy

You can return products from www.obsessivesmiles.com within 30 days of delivery of the order

returns

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 calendar days of purchase. To process a return, please contact us atdevoluciones@obsessivesmiles.com.

  • The customer must send the product to our offices at their own risk and expense.
  • Only the price of the product will be refunded; the shipping price is non-refundable.
  • After those 30 calendar days, the refund can no longer be processed.
  • Obsessive reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received. We cannot be held responsible if the package sent by the customer is lost or misplaced during shipping.

Important: If you received a free gift item and wish to return it, you must also return the gift item. If you return the item but do not return the gift item, its price will be deducted from the total refund.


Changes

If you wish to request an exchange, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. To do this, please contact us by writing to us atdevoluciones@obsessivesmiles.comPlease provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will send you instructions on how to complete the exchange as soon as possible.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, it must be for an item of equal or greater value than the one you originally purchased. If you wish to exchange it for a less expensive item, you will receive a voucher with no expiration date for the difference in price.
  • If you exchange your item for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • The buyer will be responsible for the outbound shipping costs and must ship the package at their own risk and expense.
  • In the event of an exchange or return with customs fees, these will be the responsibility of the buyer. If payment is not received, the shipping company will return the package to the customer's address.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Obsessive and will be done via express delivery.

 

    Return of a defective item

    If your product arrives damaged, you should contact us via email.devoluciones@obsessivesmiles.comwithin 24 hours or less after receiving the order, attaching a photograph of the item.

    Our team will contact you as soon as possible and explain the return process. Once you have completed the steps we provide, we will send you the same product free of charge.

    The return of the damaged item must be made within a maximum of 7 calendar days. After these 7 days have passed, the return will not be possible.


    Item damaged by external causes within the warranty period

    All our products come with a 29-day warranty from the date of delivery. However, if your product has been damaged for reasons beyond our control, we regret that we will not be able to process a refund.


    subscriptions

    In the case of products purchased through an active subscription that grants a discount on the regular price, the customer agrees to maintain said subscription active for a minimum period of two (2) additional consecutive months.

    By accepting this type of discount, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they may not cancel the subscription before completing this minimum period. If an early cancellation or refund is requested before this period has elapsed, we reserve the right to deny the cancellation or refund, or to apply a charge equivalent to the discount applied to the initial purchase.

    This condition is part of these policies and is expressly accepted by the customer at the time of completing their purchase.
