IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Therefore, orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated in business days.

At Obsessive we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.


Variation in delivery times

Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, it may take us one or two days to process your order. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance during these times. 


Change of shipping address

If you wish to make a change to the shipping address, you must notify us immediately. info@obsessivesmiles.com. If you notify us more than 12 hours after placing your order, unfortunately it will not be possible to change your address.

If the package has already been shipped to the address provided, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In that case, we will not be responsible; the customer will need to contact Correos Express to request a change of delivery address.


Absence at the delivery address

The shipping company will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not at the address provided on either attempt, the package will be returned to Obsessive's offices. The company will not be responsible for any orders returned due to undeliverable items.


Shipping Insurance

To ensure greater security in deliveries, we offer optional shipping insurance for €2.95, which covers the following circumstances:

  • Damage or loss during transport, ensuring replacement of the order in case it suffers damage in transit.
  • Losses or misplacements, allowing resending of the product at no additional cost if the package does not reach its destination.
  • Second shipments, in case the delivery cannot be made due to an error in the shipping address or in case the order is not collected within the established period at the collection point and is returned to our warehouse.                                                   

If shipping insurance has not been purchased at the time of purchase and any of the aforementioned circumstances occur, the cost of the second shipment will be €6.50, an amount that must be borne entirely by the customer.
