IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following business day. Therefore, orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

At Obsessive we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.


Variation in delivery times

Please note that during peak demand periods such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, it may take one or two days to process your order. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance during these periods.


Change of shipping address

If you wish to change your shipping address, you must notify us immediately at info@obsessivesmiles.com. If you notify us more than 12 hours after placing your order, we unfortunately cannot change the address.

If the package has already been shipped to the address provided, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In this case, we will not be held responsible; the customer must contact Correos Express to request a change in the delivery address.


Absence at the delivery address

The shipping company will make two home delivery attempts. If the recipient is not at the indicated address on either of these two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Obsessive's offices. The company will not be responsible for any orders returned due to undeliverability.


Shipping insurance

To ensure greater delivery security, we offer optional shipping insurance for €2.95, which covers the following circumstances:

  • Damage or incidents during transport, ensuring the replacement of the order in the event of damage during transit.
  • Losses or misplacement, allowing reshipment of the product at no additional cost if the package does not arrive at its destination.
  • Second shipments, in the event that delivery cannot be made due to an error in the shipping address or if the order is not picked up at the pickup point within the established timeframe and is returned to our warehouse.                                                    

If shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of purchase and any of the aforementioned circumstances occur, the cost of the second shipment will be €6.50, a fee that must be fully borne by the customer.
