Return policy

You can return products from www.obsessivesmiles.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 calendar days of purchase. To process a return, please contact us at devoluciones@obsessivesmiles.com.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and packaged in its original packaging .

  • If the product is used, the refund will not be processed.
  • The customer must send the product to our offices under their own responsibility and at their own cost.
  • Only the price of the product will be refunded, the shipping price is non-refundable.
  • After these 30 calendar days, the refund will no longer be possible.
  • If you wish to return an order over 60 euros, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Obsessive reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received. If the package sent by the customer is lost or misplaced during shipping, we cannot be held responsible.

Important: If you received a gift and wish to return it, you must also return it. If you return the gift and do not return it, the price will be deducted from the total amount when the refund is issued.


Changes

If you wish to request an exchange, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. To do so, please contact us at devoluciones@obsessivesmiles.com , including your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange as soon as possible.

  • If you exchange your item, you must do so for an item of equal or greater value than the one you previously purchased. If you wish to exchange it for a lower-priced item, a non-expiring voucher will be issued for the difference in price you originally paid.
  • If you exchange a product for a higher price, you must pay the difference via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • Outbound shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, who must ship the package at their own risk and expense.
  • In the case of an exchange or return with customs fees, these will be borne by the buyer. If payment is not made, the shipping company will return the package to the customer's address.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Obsessive and will be shipped via express delivery.

    Returning a defective item

    If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us at devoluciones@obsessivesmiles.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the item.

    Our team will contact you as soon as possible and explain the steps you need to follow to return your item. Once you've completed the steps we've outlined, we'll send you the same product free of charge.

    Damaged items must be returned within 7 calendar days. After these 7 days, the return cannot be processed.


    Item damaged due to external causes within the warranty period

    All of our products come with a 29-day warranty from the date of delivery. However, if your product has been damaged for reasons beyond our control, we unfortunately cannot refund it.

    Subscriptions

    In the case of products purchased through an active subscription that grants a discount on the regular price, the customer agrees to maintain said active subscription for a minimum period of two (2) additional consecutive months .

    By accepting a purchase with this type of discount, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they may not cancel their subscription before completing this minimum period. If you request early cancellation or return of the product before this deadline has elapsed, we reserve the right to deny such cancellation or refund.

    This condition is part of these policies and is expressly accepted by the customer at the time of completing their purchase.
