How To Use

30 minutes, no trays or lights.

  1. Dry your teeth well.
  2. Stick the long strip on your top teeth and fold it behind.
  3. Stick the short strip on your bottom teeth.
  4. Leave them on for 30 minutes, remove and rinse with water.
How often to use

One treatment per session, whenever you want to give your shade a boost. If you feel any discomfort, space out the sessions and consult your dentist.

When will I see results

Without a colour corrector there's no optical effect: here the PAP works on surface stains from coffee, tea or tobacco, and the change is gradual. It depends on your starting shade.

How do they whiten?
With PAP, an active that works on surface stains: coffee, tea or tobacco. They contain no colour corrector, so the change is gradual, not instant.
Do they cause sensitivity?
They contain no hydrogen or carbamide peroxide, and have hydroxyapatite and potassium citrate. Still, every mouth is different: if you notice discomfort, stop using them and see your dentist.

Do they work on internal stains?
