Shipping and Delivery - Spain
Below you will find all the information you need to know about shipping rates and delivery times.

Mail (3–5 business days) – FREE
Includes tracking number. -
Express Mail (24/48 hours) – €3.99
Includes tracking, priority handling, and transport insurance.
IMPORTANT:Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day. Therefore, orders placed on Fridays after 6:00 PM or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
At Obsessive we do not ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping and Delivery – Mexico
Below, we show you all the relevant information about shipping rates and estimated delivery times within Mexico.
ALL OF MEXICO:

Standard Shipping (7–10 business days) – FREE
Includes tracking number. -
Premium Shipping (5–7 business days) – $49 MXN
Includes tracking, priority handling, and transport insurance.
IMPORTANT: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of Mexico.
Variation in delivery times
Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, sales, or national holidays, it may take us one or two days to process your order. Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance during these times.
Change of shipping address
If you wish to make a change to the shipping address, you must notify us immediately.envios@obsessivesmiles.comIf you notify us more than 24 hours after placing your order, unfortunately it will not be possible to change the address.
If the package has already been shipped to the address provided, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. In that case, we will not be responsible; the customer will need to contact Correos Express to request a change of delivery address.
Absence at the delivery address
The shipping company will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not at the address provided, the package will be returned to Obsessive's offices. The company will not be responsible for any orders returned due to undeliverable conditions.
Should this occur and the customer wish to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for the new shipping costs (€6.50). Once the customer has paid this fee, the package will be reshipped to the address provided.
